AP Event Planning
AP Event Planning provides services across the United States and Mexico, with a focus in Denver, CO. We have provided services across numerous states and throughout other countries, including Mexico and Costa Rica.
AP Event Planning was founded in 2017 by Alberto Pelcastre in Hidalgo, Mexico (formerly Alberto Pelcaste Wedding and Event Planning). Alberto began his professional training by receiving a Bachelor's in Gastronomy, with a focus on pastries. He later obtained with Wedding and Event Planner certification in Mexico City.
Alberto says that "without a doubt, starting my career as a chef helps bring gastronomic knowledge into every event that I coordinate. Excellent food and beverage services are hallmarks of all my events."
